E-Commerce Receiving Clerk (Part Time)

JOB SUMMARY: The E commerce Inventory Receiving Clerk will be responsible for sorting all incoming items from stores, evaluating the condition of each item, and identifying which items will move forward to be listed on the E commerce site and which will be returned to stores. In addition, each item selected to move forward will be barcoded for tracking as it moves through the listing process.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Punctual and dependable attendance.
- Comply with Goodwill Central Oklahoma policies and Donated Goods E-commerce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Goodwill Central Oklahoma’s safety and security policies and procedures.
- Receives all incoming shipments from stores.
- Sorts each container of items and identifies the items that meet the condition and quality expectation to be listed for sale on the E commerce site.
- Generates and applies barcodes to each individual item selected to move forward in the listing process.
- Maintains a positive work environment by behaving and communicating in a positive manner with co-workers and the management team.
- Moves carts of barcoded items to staging area for listing employees to work next product.
- Meets the standards and expectations for the number of containers sorted each day.
- Maintain overall E-commerce department appearance, including cleanliness of facility and housekeeping to Goodwill standards.
- Attend all meetings and training as required by the Agency.
- Review and be familiar with Goodwill of Central Oklahoma safety policies, programs and procedures and adhere to all safety rules, regulations, and safety codes. Attend safety training and meetings and report on any unsafe work conditions, accidents, or injuries immediately.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform other duties and projects as required by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or GED.
- 6 months of order processing experience is preferred.
- Must be 18 years old.
- Must pass a Goodwill approved criminal background check.
- Ability to speak, read and write the English language.
- Reliable transportation and communication, required.
- Bilingual a plus.

- This work is physical and requires the following activities: Standing, walking, twisting, bending, grabbing, and reaching for long periods of time; occasional squatting, kneeling, stooping; good finger dexterity and feeling; frequent repetitive motions; talking, hearing, and visual acuity.
- The ability to push, pull and lift to 50 pounds, or more with assistance.
- Employees are required to operate a computer and handle donated goods.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Works in climate-controlled warehouse environment most of time but will be exposed to airborne particles such as dust, mold, dirt and pollen as well as extreme heat and cold.

Must be available to work during operating hours as needed for business operations. Work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, holidays and blackout periods which may vary from week to week as well as occasional overtime when approved by management.
