JOB SUMMARY: This position oversees the Janitorial and Security Contracts program to maintain current contracts and develop opportunities for growth within the scope of our mission.


  • Punctual and dependable attendance.
  • Responsible for performance of work, completed by all employees on the contract.
  • Oversee the organization’s contracts programs to achieve planned operational goals.
  • Responsible for pricing and negotiating of all contracts in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for research, analysis of request for proposals to continue the growth of the contracts programs for the organization.
  • Analyze department operational procedures to identify efficiencies and increase productivity as a standard of operation.
  • Assist in development of short and long term planning projects.
  • Ensure contract obligations are being met.
  • Assist with the development of janitorial and security training program design.
  • Ensure dress code is met at all locations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to contract holder.
  • Ensure that the supervisors are completing performance evaluations for all employees.
  • Maintain confidential and professional services to employees and consumers on contract.
  • Must be available during duty hours with-in 30 minutes to meet with Government Personnel designated by the contracting officer to discuss problem areas.
  • Attends required trainings.
  • Ensure safety standards are being met on all shifts.
  • Communicate with QAE on inspections and re-inspections.
  • Administer First Aid and CPR if required.
  • Review and be familiar with Goodwill of Central Oklahoma safety policies, programs and procedures and adhere to all safety rules, regulations and safety codes. Attend safety training and meetings and report any unsafe work conditions, accidents or injuries immediately.


  • Perform other duties and projects as required by management.


  • High School diploma or GED, required.
  • College degree, preferred.
  • Five years of management experience required.
  • A-1 ability experience or understands the concepts of A-1.
  • Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License and Car Insurance Verification, required.
  • Must be 21 years old.
  • Must pass MVR check and maintain a good driving record.
  • Ability to speak, read and write the English language.
  • Reliable transportation and communication, required.

  • Knowledge of janitorial equipment (burnishes, buffers, auto scrubbers, etc.) cleaning, stripping and waxing procedures and janitorial chemicals.
  • Ability to complete and maintain:
  • CPR and First Aid certifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
