JOB SUMMARY: The role of the E-commerce Lister is to research, photograph, and list various items to be sold online. Lister needs great attention to detail and the ability to creatively describe and market items to maximize value.

NOTE: This is not a supervisory role.
Starting Wage: $12.50 Per Hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Punctual and dependable attendance.
- Sorts, evaluates, and identifies items that meet the criteria to be sold on E-commerce site.
- Lists all items accurately with comprehensive and grammatically correct descriptions.
- Research specialty items to ensure proper and creative descriptions to maximize exposure and value.
- Follows all posting procedures to assign a listing number and place in proper storage location.
- Properly photographs each item for listing.
- Follows all policies and procedures established by shopgoodwill.com and by Goodwill Industries of Central Oklahoma.
- Maintains overall E-commerce department appearance, including cleanliness of facility and housekeeping to departmental standards.
- Meets or exceeds the daily listing production goals.
- Accurately pulls and prepares items for shipment when sold.
- Maintains a positive work environment in actions and communicates in a positive manner with co-workers and the management team.
- Attend all meetings and training as required by management.
- Review and be familiar with Goodwill of Central Oklahoma safety policies, programs and procedures and adhere to all safety rules, regulations, and safety codes. Attend safety training and meetings and report any unsafe work conditions, accidents, or injuries immediately.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform other duties and projects as required by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or GED.
- 6 months of online selling experience and / or in an auction environment that involved the sales of collectible items is preferred.
- Must be 18 years old.
- Must pass a Goodwill approved criminal background check.
- Ability to speak, read and write the English language.
- Reliable transportation and communication, required.
- Bilingual a plus.

- Must have sufficient eyesight and manual dexterity for performing in this role.
- This work is physical and requires the following activities: Standing, walking, twisting, bending, grabbing, and reaching for long periods of time; occasional squatting, kneeling, stooping; frequent repetitive motions; talking, and hearing.
- The ability to push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds or more with assistance.
- Employee is required to operate a computer and handle donated goods.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Works in climate-controlled warehouse environment most of time but will be exposed to airborne particles such as dust, mold, dirt, and pollen as well as extreme heat and cold.
- Must be available to work during operating hours as needed for business operations. Work schedule includes days, evenings, holidays and blackout periods, weekends may be required.
- Works 40 hours per week.
- Moderate noise level.
- Occasional travel required.
