JOB SUMMARY: To plan, direct, coordinate, train and supervise Goodwill Security Officers, operations, and prepare work schedules. The Supervisor will primarily work 2nd/3rd shifts during the hours between 10pm-6am.

Schedule: Monday - Tuesday Off
Pay: $18.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
· Punctual and dependable attendance.
· Maintain a positive customer service attitude while interacting with clients, employees, customers, and visitors.
· Will fill in for Security Management and Security Officers as needed.
· Supervise security officers at ten or more contract sites.
· Manage, request, and maintain all supplies and equipment.
· Plan, assign, and evaluate the work performance of security personnel.
· Coordinate with Security Manager to train employees, monitor/approve timecards, manage safety, and staff accountability expectations.
· Become proficient in CCTV operations and train all site security officers.
· Conducts random inspections on Officers to ensure appearance standards and conduct are meeting requirements.
· Coach all officers on the Elements of Proof regarding shoplifting.
· Perform a broad range of supervisory responsibilities over others.
· Interpret customer needs and provide solutions while conforming to industry and Oklahoma CLEET standards.
· Produce written documents with clearly organized thoughts using proper sentence construction, punctuation, and grammar.
· Work continually with the Security Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure compliance with stated mission, goals, regulations, and guidelines.
· Communicate with Security Manager and Assistant Manager, customers, clients, and the public.
· Prepare and administer schedules for all security officers.
· Review and be familiar with Goodwill of Central Oklahoma safety policies, programs and procedures and adhere to all safety rules, regulations, and
safety codes. Attend safety training and meetings and report any unsafe work conditions, accidents, or injuries immediately.
· Administer First Aid and CPR if required.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Perform other duties and projects as required by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· High school diploma or GED, preferred.
· Valid CLEET Phase I and II certifications issued by the State of Oklahoma, required.
· 2 years supervision and management experience preferred.
· 3 years of experience CLEET, law enforcement, or military service, preferred.
· Must be 21 years old.
· Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License and Car Insurance verification required.
· Must pass OSBI/DOC background check.
· Must pass MVR check and maintain good driving record.
· Ability to speak, read, and write the English language.
· Reliable transportation and means of communication required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
· Work in a climate-controlled environment most of the time. When filling in for security officer vacancies, works in all weather conditions such as rain, snow, sleet, heat and cold.
· Must be able to work flexible hours which may require various security posts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
· Low-moderate noise level.
